Dear Valued Friends,

We will remain open and taking care of our patients as usual at this time. Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world.  Our office is dedicated to understanding how it affects our patients, employees, and doctors, and then making necessary adjustments to our office routine.

We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping you, our patients, as well as our employees safe. This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we wanted to keep you abreast of our response to the threat of the corona virus.

We take pride in our infection control, and the sterilization and disinfection processes we have always utilized are effective against COVID-19. In addition to the standard CDC infection control protocols, we have increased cleaning and disinfection in the common areas of our office.

We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick. We also ask our patients to help us in containing any potential spread by rescheduling your appointments without penalty if you are feeling unwell, have had fever in the past 48 hours or if anyone in your household has been diagnosed with a condition that is contagious or if you have recently traveled outside of the United States within the last several weeks.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect our patients.
